About Us

We’re not what you might expect.

We could have called ourselves something fancy like “International I.T. Services” and probably charged a lot more, but our founder Fred Glendening wanted a business where customers would not feel intimidated, as many people are with technology. He wanted a business that was intimate and didn’t overwhelm with technical jargon. Most importantly, he wanted fairly priced services that small businesses and non-profit groups could afford.  The name Fred’s I.T. Services more aptly conveys this.

Being a small business ourselves allows us to provide a more personalized service to our clients. We keep prices low and service levels high because the people that do the work are top notch I.T. people retired from full-time positions. They’ve held the high paying, high pressure jobs and now want to keep their hand in the game in a more relaxed and friendly environment where commuting and 60+ hours a week are not the norm.

Let us help you with your information technology needs so you can focus on running your business or non-profit group.

Fred Glendening

Fred, who is now semi-retired, has over 40 years of experience in Information Technology at all levels from software programming up to senior management. While he excelled at all levels his passion has always been helping people work with the various technologies. Even while in upper management he maintained his technical skills. To this day executives find him easy to deal with and very patient when it comes to helping them with technology.
